Class Schedule | Masters Courses Advanced Sailing
We are open for sailing everyday. Daysailing Classes begin every Saturday and Monday through October 31st. Cruising level classes are offered almost every weekend as generally listed at Class Schedule.
Advanced Masters Courses offered less often. Email a lesson schedule request to check on space.
Daysailing Openings: Classes offered every week through October. Start any Monday or Saturday.
Cruising Course Openings: Coastal Navigation cruise most Saturday or Sundays 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Night Sail every Friday at 5:00 pm.
Masters Course Offerings this Season (for students who have completed Cruising Course already). You should have completed first 3 ASA exams before booking MAS 30-50 Cruises. Link to ASA Study Guides.
Advanced Sailing (2 day class, runs both 9-6 each day): Saturday and Sunday. AUGUST 26-27. Advanced Sailing is usually offered every 2-3 weekends.
Onboard ASA Basic Coastal Cruising Exams by appt and usually evenings or Wed-Friday afternoons. Written exams any time with 24 hours notice.
Cruise dates are arranged depending on demand. Students should complete first 3 ASA exams before booking a cruise. Most cruises on fall weekends.

ADVANCED CRUISING LECTURE SCHEDULE
Advanced Cruising Lectures meet 6pm to 10pm at the Mariner House at 11 North Square (North End) [Directions to AC Lectures at Mariner House in North Square]. Best lot on
Sundays is Sargents Wharf ($9 if entering after 5pm or $13 entire weekend day).
- LECTURE 1 - Advanced Navigation -- August 13th
- LECTURE 2 - Continued Navigation & Problem Solving -- August 20th (Best taken after Lecture 1)
- LECTURE 3 - Mechanical Systems -- TBD (Students may begin with Lecture 3)
Each lecture offered 3-4 times per season.
