In the grand protest hearing August 4, four boats
finished abreast. The inside boat called for room 10 boat lengths away from
the mark (about 10 minutes, too?). This was passed on to the outboard boat
(Dylan) who didn't respond or gybe for the other end of the line, so the
inboard boat went the wrong side of the mark and had to go back to finish
properly.
Dylan was disqualified for not giving inside boats
room under rule 18.2.
